Hi, I’m Maria - founder of BICE and a packaging engineer turned creative director.
I’ve spent 7+ years across packaging, NPD and design, including Procter & Gamble, JTI and creative roles for consumer brands.
I started BICE because over the years, I learned how complex getting packaging right actually is. Connecting the dots together: creative vision, technical limitations and commercial reality is the puzzle I love solving over and over.
