How the partnership works in practice

One partner across all the packaging decisions, from creative concept to production handoff

A typical launch can involve a founder, designer, lab, formulator, packaging supplier, printer and regulatory specialist. Without someone connecting those conversations, the founder often ends up becoming the packaging expert and project manager by default.

We challenge this thinking and lead the process, so you can make decisions with confidence, avoid unnecessary surprises and actually enjoy seeing the product come to life.

Common questions about this service

Do we need to have our bottles, jars or packaging selected already?
icon

No. That's one of the main reasons to involve us early. The packaging route can be developed alongside the brand and creative direction.

Do you find and speak to suppliers?
icon

Yes, where the project requires it. We can research viable routes, brief suppliers, compare options and coordinate samples as part of the development process.

What if our formulas aren't final yet?
icon

That's fine and very common. We can begin brand and packaging work while formula development continues, as long as we understand basic product requirements.

What if we already have branding or a packaging concept?
icon

We can enter at the appropriate point, review what already exists and scope only the packaging-development work still required.

Do you manage production itself?
icon

We take the project through packaging development, final artwork and production handoff. The supplier/manufacturer remains responsible for manufacturing and quality, while your company owns purchasing, freight and inventory.

Ongoing Packaging Partner

For teams where packaging has become an ongoing workload, not a one-off project.

New SKUs, supplier questions, artwork updates and production issues keep coming up - but nobody internally owns the full picture. BICE steps in as the external packaging lead, keeping projects structured, connected and moving.

Ideal for: Growing brands, labs, manufacturers and agencies with recurring packaging work but no need for another full-time hire.

Delivery: Monthly partnership · 3-month minimum

We take ownership of the packaging work that otherwise gets passed between internal teams, suppliers and external partners.

We set the priorities, structure the projects and keep the right people involved at the right time - so packaging keeps moving without becoming someone else’s second job.

I believe that the work we create should not just look good in a mockup, but rather create a long-lasting impression in real life.

For every project, I bridge the creative idea that makes people care, with the production logic that helps it become a real commercial object.
